The Wilmington (DE) Alumni Chapter supports the Fraternity’s collaborative effort with the other Divine 9 organizations, by supporting local New Castle County NPHC. The chapter’s support of the NPHC includes the following:
- Attending NPHC meetings
- Assigning two (2) members of the Wilmington (DE) Alumni Chapter to serve as delegates
- Providing financial support to cover the operating expenses associated with the NPHC
NPHC Blood Drive
On February 16, 2025, the Wilmington (DE) Alumni Chapter partnered with the American Red Cross and New Castle County NPHC Blood Bank of Delaware for a blood drive. The purpose of the blood drive was to help raise much needed blood and plasma to benefit patients fighting sickle cell disease.
Over 12 brothers participated in the blood drive and the Wilmington (DE) Alumni Chapter was credited with donating 15 pints of blood.
